Unlike many other diet food delivery options out there, all our food is sourced fresh from the Covent Garden Fruit & Veg Market where our kitchens are located and freshly prepared. This is what makes us unique. Every delivery box we will provide you with a delicious menu that changes daily packed full of fresh and healthy choices that our chefs have created in to delicious meals for you to enjoy. As a general rule, to lose weight sustainably, choose our Leaner Body Plan (about 1200 calories) and if you want more sustenance go for our Better Body Plan (about 1800 calories).
